GDPR & Your Rights

How we support the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the rights it gives you.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you rights over your personal data. This page summarizes those rights and how to exercise them. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Your rights

  • Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent.

Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (running your account), for legitimate interests (improving and securing the platform), to meet legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent.

Exercising your rights

Many actions (export, delete) are available in your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@voxwise.media. We respond within the time limits set by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
